How do I place an order?

Artwork?
All artwork is included with your input and direction. All logos need to be supplied to us in Adobe Illustrator (vector format). This will allow us to print the clearest and cleanest image. Alternatively, if you only have logos in jpeg format we will convert the files for you, however, this will be at an additional minimal cost

What to consider when placing an order?
At Blitzed we suggest you consider the following steps when placing and order:
- How many garments do you require
- Who are you intending to outfit – males, females, kids or adults
- What colours you would like to use
- What design would you like to create. Keep in mind if there is a specific design you like and are wanting to replicate it that some designs are protected by copyright, therefore the exact design cannot be replicated
- Do you have logo’s you intend to use on the garments, including any names or numbers and their placements
When do you require your order by?
Depending of the type of garments you require will determine the production time. Usual lead times for custom made apparel is 6 weeks from final approval of the order. Ready made garments may take as little as 7 to 10 days

Payment terms and how to make a payment?
All orders require a 50% deposit on commencement of the order. The remaining balance is to be paid 7 days prior to delivery. We accept direct bank deposit or cheque as payment. Cleared funds must be received prior to delivery.
Defects and return policy?
In the unlikely event of any defects, all defects must be brought to our attention within 5 business days from delivery. Picture documentation as well as a sample from the defective lot must be given to us. We will inspect and make decision on what action should be taken. We do not offer returns on custom made garments as these garments cannot be resold. In the unlikely event that your order has been made contrary to the final approval we will replace the order in question. In the unlikely event that pieces are missing from you order we will replace them as soon as possible.
